We pride ourselves on the quality of the overall experience of our customers and this all begins with the consultation, which we prefer to be in person with the artwork present, enabling a thorough exploration of all possibilities…

 

 

Step 01

When initial contact is made with us, by phone or email, we will ask you to pop in to the shop with your artwork, if possible. Rough ballpark figures can be given but for the full experience a visit is essential.


 

Step 02

In our delightful shop you can see/touch real samples and get a feel for the care and consideration we have for your treasured pieces. Not only through our use of conservation materials but also our response to each piece, guiding you to a solution that is visually stunning and in keeping with your habitat and budget.


 

Step 03

Once we have all the details; The treatment, frame material/colour and the glazing, we will run it through our pricing machine. If satisfactory, we will ask for a 50% deposit, take your details and bid you good day.


 

Step 04

Your artwork is then carefully stored in its own wallet in our plan chest until your position is reached in our diary, this fluctuates and can range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on demand.


 

Step 05

Once your framing is satisfactorily complete and has received our stamp on its backboard, we will give you a bell to let you know, and you may collect at your earliest convenience.


 

Step 06

On your return visit to the shop we will ask you for the balance of your total bill, once you have inspected and are over the moon with your framing of course! We will then bid you farewell until your next visit!!!
